I love the software, all except one thing:
Because you've made it so that you upload from a folder that you select by clicking rather than 'left side/right side: my computer/my web host' type set-up (eg like coffeecup or Dreamweaver), you need to make the folder look-up for uploads faster.
When I click to Add folder to upload, it automatically selects my SmartFTP folder in Program Files -- a folder I am never going to upload. I would change this default option to Desktop.
