I am sure this feature has been requested before numerous times before, but, I am just adding my own 2-cents worth here, that it is very much a desirable feature by one more individual.
I noticed however while perusing through SmartFTP's KB, this is in the works as one future enhancement:

What are the future plans for SmartFTP?
# SFTP (SSH)
# Full Synchronization
# HTTP, WebDAV support.
Problem though is, last modification to this Article was in January. Any idea about how far into the future users of SmartFTP might have to wait to see full synchronization support implemented?
