I think it would be neat if you could configure SmartFTP to apply drive letter support for ftp connections. Perhaps, you can set a preferred drive letter or allow SmartFTP to apply one automatically. Upon connection, the user would receive a balloon notice that "The Drive Letter (X:) has been automatically applied to this FTP connection..."
