SmartFTP is an amazing FTP Client and it's all I use when I'm on Winblows, I use Ubuntu Linux quite a bit and the only 'good' FTP Client is gFTP - well actually it's not good it sucks, really does suck.
If you were to code SmartFTP for Linux, people would love you - Linux needs to get some good quality Windows Apps ( Such as SmartFTP ) to help it grow even more. I'm pretty sure if you coded SmartFTP for Linux it would be a big success for you.
Please atleast consider it, you will do the Linux community a great favour by coding it for Linux.
