Just a quick suggestion to walk a newbie through changing the view of their client to match the online tutorial. After downloading and installing the software, it does not match the views used in the online tutorial (at least mine did not). The product is a breeze to use AFTER the newbie painfully discovers how to reset their client screens in order to follow the tutorial.
