Cannot view remote folder contents?

This problem did not start up until the past week. Sometimes the following occurs:

What is currently listed is 297 Objects, when it should be well over 400.

At 21:22:18, the other problem occurs: most of the time, nothing gets listed at all. After several attempts at refreshing, I still get nothing. Viewing the same exact information via other FTP programs, I receive no problems at all.

Any suggestions?

Also, I really hate to sound like a broken record, but the file listing in any remote view still does not work properly. I brought this up about 2 months ago.

You guys are doing great work, keep it up!

Hello ..

Things to do:

1. Update to the latest beta build:
https://www.smartftp.com/download

2. Increase the timeout to 40s.

3. Try Active Mode (PORT) instead of Passive Mode (PASV).

If you did all of this and still see problems post the log of SmartFTP and the log of any other FTP client where it works.

Thanks
-Mat
