smartfp.exe not removed from process list

At the moment, I am doing quite a number of upload/downloads using the global queue ( up to 30.000 items in one run) and sometimes single items are just being left over in the global queue list with no status at all. If I then exit smartftp, it seems to close, but the process does never get killed from the windows process list.

Please try to reproduce it and follow the instructions on how to post a bug report.

I get this ALL the time since 1.5.988. SmartFTP always crashes when I go to terminate it and the process stays around; sometimes clocking a fair amount of CPU time.

I've completed many of the "Crash Reposts" but doesn't seem like anyone is reading them. I'm seriously thinking about falling back to the previous build; this one is very unstable.
