I have the same problem. I found out, that NOD32 v.2.5 is doing it. Yesterday when I upgrade my NOD32 v.2.12.3 to v.2.50.16 then smartftp started to carsh every time when I used it. When I uninstalled the NOD32 v.2.50 and reinstalled version 2.12.3, then everything worked like it used to. Now, I reinsatlled again version 2.50.16 and here we go again with the vsmartftp crashes. What seems to be a problem?
