"Keep Alive" is disabled during the editing of a file! Please fix asap!

The "Remote Edit" function is sychronous, the remote view is blocked until you finished editing the file. But SmartFTP should auto reconnect in case the connection got closed by server.

The beta now reconnects on timeout, but doesnt save the updated file in its directory but goes to the root instead:
Example:
root/files/site/myfile.txt
editing myfile.txt
30 minutes later while editing, connection times out.
Clicks Save in my editor
SmartFTP reconnects and saves file in root/
On second save from editor: SmartFTP saves in the currect path of root/files/site/
