Bug After Customizing the Current Toolbar Button

If you try to customize the toolbar, and move the "current toolbar buttons" up or down, you'll see that the button tips will not be correctly updated after moving. Which means, the moved button still shows the privious button ballon tip.

Windows XP SP2
Smartftp v.1.5.998

Yes this is a known problem, but there is no solution at this time. After restarting the app it works as it should.
