Ignore Language File Viersion

Hi, looks like that check box does nothing!?
I do have additional language dll in the main folder,
but still don't have it in the "Intaerface->language" table.

New language resource dll's now are named "SmartFTPxxx.dll" if you would try to use a old "Resxxx.dll" with the new build it would not work!

But looks like lots of other stuff was changed because
my old Res file, although loaded,
does not do translation in Log Window
Only Menus and Settings.
