If different sites start out with the same 3 letters (educated guess) they don't get recognized as different in the queue.
So for example if you have files queued up from say:
ftp11.us.freebsd.org and ftp.cise.ufl.edu, the sites get recognized as the same site and will not download more than one file at a time with 1 thread per site and multiple total threads.
In addition if one of the file finishes, when it moves to the next one since it did not recognize the second site as different it tries to download the file from the first site to which it is already connected, resulting in a "file not found" error.
Sorry but I don't have the time to check if this was fixed in the developer build, and I do have a screenshot but nowhere to upload it to.
