Copy to URL feature doesn't escape spaces

The topic says it all ... using the 1.0.982.11 developer build, for filenames like "3D Medical Visualization.jpg" the HTTP URL is copied as "http://www.host.com/dir/3D Medical Visualization.jpg" instead of "http://www.host.com/dir/3D%20Medical%20 ... zation.jpg".

It has been fixed in latest developer build

The "Base URL" you enter in the favorite item setting won't be hex encoded though.
