open up regedit
Try going to :
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftware
And delete the SmartFTP key. (the little folder)
See if that helps

You have probably updated from a previous build.
There was a bug in a previous build but i has been fixed a while ago.
You can uninstall SmartFTP, delete all your .dat files (favorites.dat, etc) and then it should be fine. But you will loose all settings.
Otherwise just ignore the number of days displayed
