Installing to wrong partition

I've tried this 3 times and the installer insists on installing to c: when I am telling it to install to the F drive by using the CUSTOM installation opttion.

Is this a bug?

I used the Full Setup (Auto Platform Selection) installer.

I cannot reproduce the problem here. The installer works flawless.
