Crash on right Mouse Drag and Drop

When using the Right Mouse Click to drag and drop folders SmartFTP ALWAYS crashes. This has been happening for some time now and hasn't gone away with release 1.0.980.3 installed today.

Unfortunately the same error is still occurring: when I try to right mouse click drag & drop. I have re-installed SmartFTP from the link you provided.

We cannot reproduce the problem here. Please provide enough information. The problem is very likely with your system or other applications running on your system.

I've posted the System Info & Crash debug details in the first posting.
What more information do you require?
Please advise as I cannot use the right mouse drag and drop at all with SmartFTP .

Try deleting registry settings of SmartFTP and test again.

I deleted all registry entries for SmartFTp and tried again to no avail.
I uninstalled SmartFTP, rebooted, and re-installed v1.0.980, and am still receiving the same problem with right mouse drag and drop.
It looks like I might have to remember not to use right mouse or use another FTP product.

we could debug the problem. But I'm pretty sure it's a problem with something else on your machine.
