How to reproduce:
1) Make ftp server answer error (e.g. 530), and SmartFTP not to listen to.
2) Change yor default profile (or favorite) so that Transfer settings are such: Max Retries: -1, Retry Delay: 0.
3) Start two or more workers in Transfer Queue.
4) Go have a cup of coffee. When you here again, there will be no SmartFTP.
