There seems to be a problem in the latest build of Smart FTP, (2.0.1002) which I just installed. I do not remember seeing it in previous versions.
When you copy files from the local disk to a remote server, where the local file is newer, the dialog asks to confirm the replace - as expected. However, it lists the existing file as being the file you are copying and the replace with file as the file on the server; ie they are reversed.
I hope this is enough information - I assume my system details are irrelevant.
