1. Connect to FTP
2. Disconnect, keep current window open.
3. Create new folder on remote (Insert)
4. SmartFTP reconnects to FTP, creates a Folder, you'll see this folder.
5. BUT! Bug: you try to enter this newly created folder and it fails!
Doublclick or 'Enter' - no matter, SFTP don't enter in newly created folder!
Workaround: Refresh (F5) before entering new folder.
