Home Directory Not Available?

G'day! I've been getting this error when trying to connect to my server for the past few days. Can anyone tell me why and what I can do to connect?

Here is the error:

The FTP server is misconfigured or your home directory on the server has been deleted. Contact the server's administrator to resolve this issue.
