Deleting old Address bar entries (like yourserver.com)

How can I delete these old entries ?

I'm using v.1.1.985 and I can't figure out how to delete entries that are no longer applicable.

I don't usually save favourites, I just choose from the server dropdown on the Address bar but the ones that don't work, or the demo link like yourserver.com I can't figure out how to get rid of.

Any ideas ?
