Files and Folders will not display, and there is no "Directory Listing Option". What do I need to do? Thanks in advance.

The following procedure will more than likely resolve this problem.
1. Navigate to Tools > Settings > Transfer.
2. Under the "Directory Listing Options" section, uncheck all boxes.
3. Click the "OK" button to save the changes.
Note If you are connecting to this site from the favorites, then you will have to edit this favorite site, and perform the exact same steps as above. "
