Deleting an uploaded forum?

Can anyone please tell me how i can delete all the files i have uploaded to my server or do i have to ask my server provider to do this for me? I cant seem to find an option which will allow me to get rid if everything? Thanks in advance.

Just login to you FTP account, select all files & folder you see and want to delete, then hit DEL on your keyboard ...

I have tried doing that but on some folders i keep getting this message:

550 Can't remove directory: Operation not permitted


The folders which are left are:

htdocs,

logfiles,

private

and

Parent Folder.

any ideas?

It seems the server is configured not to let you delete non-empty directories. In such a case, there's nothing SmartFTP can do about it.
