first of all what the HELL is wrong with logging in?? I keep giving it my password and user name and it won't let me in, it takes about 20 tries. It deleted a whole long message I wrote, and now I'm mad.
What I said was (typing it a 2nd time..):
I am new to the ftp thing. My friend who worked on my website completely abandoned it, so I had to learn for myself how to update it. I got the ftp info from her, went in, did a very small update to the index.html (i added a link on the main page).
I even checked it right after and it worked, I was happy. Then an hour later my website won't load. It still won't the next day. What happened??? I didn't do anything out of the ordinary, I just changed index.html and uploaded it in (replacing the old one). I'm really worried now my website seems to be gone.
Can anyone help?
