Directory Listing but no files listed

Hello,

I'm hoping that you can help. I can use DOS cmd box, IE , etc to get a list of files and directories for a certain site (ftp.icctrade.com). However, when using SmartFTP, I only see the folders - no files. I tried Tools->Settings->Transfer and deselected all Directory Listing Options, but that did not work.

I also need to issue a special command (ls "*.* tpmailbox=zz:SHARPNT,settype=997"), but it does not work in SmartFTP. It does work from the DOS command box. I receive the following when I issue the command from within SmartFTP :

257 "12:2015851800Inbox" is current directory.
ls "*.* tpmailbox=zz:SHARPNT,settype=997"
500 Unimplemented or Unknown Command.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, plz paste a raw listing (right click on folder tree, show raw listing) with [ code ] [ /code ].
For the command, no idea.

Hello ..

The server only returns folders and no files in the raw listing. The FTP client in DOS probably uses NLST which only returns the names but no other information (type, size, time/date).
