need help wit forum upload

ok im 100% newbie at this, i have no idea how to upload a forum to miy site at all

any help please

Hi, Uncompress, read the instructions of what do you need to upload, upload using drag and drop (control+l for local browser, search your forum files, connect to remote site).

TIP using global queue (drag and drop with right click) and the max threads allowed on site is the best to upload a forum.
