Could it be that my browser is Firefox? Should I download SFTP using Internet Explorer?

I get the same message...Setup was unable to upgrade the windows installer. Failed to load 'msi.dl.. i'm going to try this last link ^ and see if it works.
if it works, mat, you will have saved me quite a bit of frustration trying to fix this.
