Hello all
I never used FTP afriend of mine put my site together for me and i want to add a Windows media file to my site. when i sign on to my sight do i just add the file that I want to add to the left hand column folder . I did a search to find out more info and searched for help but i can't seem to find anything I'm not a very tech person so please explain as easy as possible or can you please tell me where i can read about it.
