I'm having timeout problems so I want to test an alternative client. ANyone know of a way to export favorites in a format that another client can read?

Someone replied saying several clients can import a raw list via text. I replied asking which clients as I've tested 3 and had no luck. I've also researched reasonably extensively and found none. When I went searching for the post today the topic was locked.
I think this is a reasonable thing to ask: I really like smartftp; I want to be able to test another client so that I can say to my server provider that it is not a problem with my ftp client. In the course of researching this I have discovered that SMART FTP's import and export options are woeful compared to the big boys - something that wouldn't have occured to me could be an issue when I started using it. IF Cute FTP can support 6+ different clients, surely Smartftp could export to a least one other that would allow subsequent export into any other client.
