SmartFTP shows wrong file size?

Hi

A problem is that when I download a file (e.g. 4,5 gigabytes) smartftp shows that size of that file is 300 megabytes or something like that. And if the download was interrupted, I can't resume it, because it won't recognize the existing file. How can I fix this problem?

what os and file system, are you running? what server connecting to? post the system info from help -> about and the connection log.

The problem is very likely that the FTP server returns the wrong file size.

OS is XP Pro, but what do you mean with file system? If the problem is that the FTP server returns the wrong file size, what can I do to make file size correct?
