Where and How do I Change Upload Path

This may appear to be a bit dull on my part but I am unable to change the upload path to another directory after the deletion of the original directory on the Server.
Apart from this issue the application works brilliantly, however after checking all the settings that I could find, I cannot make changes to the Upload Path. I am presently using SmartFTP 1.5.990
