Global Queue won't download

When I try a global queue download from this site it fails. I can perform a direct download fine. I am using latest 1.5.990.9 of SmartFTP. Here is the info from the system info tab of SFTP followed by the log file for this transfer. I have been successful with this site using previous versions but seems like maybe since about 1.5.98x it has been broken.

Change your timeout to a value > 0.

Settings->Connection or in the favorite item settings.

I have the same problem! I can use the global download queue on several ftp sites but not on my friend site. how come?

The timeout value was already 30s for global settings and 20s for the favorite (even though the favorite was set to use global settings). The way I got it to work was to temporarily change the favorite to use favorite settings and save, then change it back to global settings and save. However, the settings in the favorite never changed to the values of the global settings, even though it was set to do that.
