Create a New User?

Is it possible for me to create another account that can access my site?

For example, if my site is ftp.example.com and I log in as Example, can I make it so Example2 can log into ftp.example.com?

Only if your server supports creating accounts via the SITE command. This is a very uncommon feature and has to be explicitly enabled on the server side (and there is no standard how to do this / how the syntax of the command is), so the answer is most likely no. Ask your server's administrator for details.
