Please search for forum, this has been answered so many times before. In short: We don't know, they're personal (and secret) to you. Contact the server's admin.

For Yahoo it is something like this: ftp.p4.webhost.yahoo.com...then your user would be "your id.your domain name.whatever"...then you password would be your password that connects you to your web host. You should be able to find the info from your web host. Yahoo has a section for help on FTP and it tells you how to configure it.
