Loading problem..

When I try to run SmartFTP it just hangs there. The splash screen comes up, but never goes away. I cannot use the software because the splash screen won't allow me to pass it.

SmartFTP worked fine the first time, but ever since then it hasn't worked at all. I have not installed or changed anything in between uses.

I am using Windows XP SP2.

Hi,

Try this:
- Uninstall SmartFTP.
- Delete (or rename) the folder called "SmartFTP" in "c:Documents and Settings<your user name>Application Data" (replacing <your user name> by your user name).
- Install SmartFTP again.
