Help installing Smart FTP

I hope I am doing this correctly I am new to posting so please correct me if I am doing it wrong.

Problem: I downloaded the Smart FTP program. I am running windows ME
This is the error I got when trying to install it:

Windows installer installation wrapper screen stated the following:
Set up was unable to upgrade the windows installer
Failed to load "msi dll"

Can someone help me?

Install this one:

Then reboot.

its me again Thank you for the link!
I went to the site and clicked on download it brought up 3 files. It stated pick one that you need. There wasn't any explanation as to the difference in the 3 files. Do I need to download all 3? If not which one do I need to download?

Yiu only need to download and install "InstMsiA.exe".
