new to smartftp not able to login

I am new to smartftp have downloadede it yesterday but am not able to log on have allowed the smartftp in Zone Alarm Firewall settings...
after i give in my details i gets the following message:

As the error message says, either your username or password is invalid, or your account does no longer exist on the server.

it says username authenticated but fails authentication with password:

I am entering my website providers server name which is www.wagoo.com as wagoo.com
my accnt id is : surendramishra.wagoo.com with them....
which i am entering correctly as u seeing....
the password am enetering allows me access when i accesses control panel at wagoo .com with same id , i am entering same password here too....do i need to enter sthg else.. y its showing errors plz help
