Can not transfer between servers?

Hello everyone,

I can not transfer between servers?
I watched the tutorial videos , and I am doing acording to them.

Once I highlight the file to be transferred , then I drag and drop it in the other
server its shows that it started downloading , but it stops downloading it .

could anyone tell me how to fix problem?

not all ftp servers are configured to support fxp transfers. make sure both servers you are using support fxp (ask their admins).
