Every time I try to download something through FTP I get this error message:
550-The load was 5.92 when you connected. We do not allow downloads
550-by anonymous users when the load is that high. Uploads are always
550 allowed.

What is wrong and how can I fix this?

Hi,

Do you have this problem with all FTP server (try ftp://ftp.netscape.com/) ?

This message seems to tell you: there are too many download currently, try again later... So, if you have only this problem with one FTP, this is not a problem. You just have to wait...

I keep getting this message with every FTP program I use.
I guess there is something else wrong?
