I maintain a website for a friend. He wanted to put some sound files on the site. I suggested instead of emailing them to me, he could FTP them to the site himself. I suggested he use SmartFTP. He downloaded and attempted to do this without success. He tried to drag and drop it somehow. I'm not sure what. But now he is unable to call up the website with his IE. He types in the url and he gets nothing. After a while a message comes that it has timed out. At my suggestion he downloaded Firefox and tried to get on. Couldn't. He can get any other website. It's only his. No one else that I'm aware of has trouble getting on the site. Can someone suggest a method for determining what his problem might be?
