Resolving Host Name

Whenever I try to log in to SmartFTP I get the same message. Do you know what the problem is?

That site seems to have some DNS configuration issues, sometimes resolving works, sometimes not. You should use "ftp.cupcakecandy.com" to be on the save side anyways.

Hm.. ftp.cupcakecandy.com still didn't work.
The weird thing is, I use the exact same settings on my downstairs computer, and it works perfectly. So it must be some configuration or firewall keeping me from logging in.

Is there anyway to view my 'DNS configuration' or whatever? Lol. Ihave McAfee, Norton, and Windows Security if that helps any..
