502 pasv is not implemented.?????????

Ya every time i enter my ip address with my password and name the thing pops up and says" 502 pasv is not implemented."I dont know what that means help would be nice.

Hi, you must use active mode (port) because the ftp daemon of the xbox don't allows pasv.

Please install the latest beta build from:
https://www.smartftp.com/download

It should automatically use PORT if the PASV command fails.
