550 Error - Please Help....

Why am I getting this "550 No such file or directory " in the Log?? It is loading the jpeg pictures and the web pages and they show up on the Internet.

I am using Windows XP Pro and have the Windows security on with no other security. I have turned off XP firewall and that didn't help.
I have changed from passive port to active port with no luck.
I have tried Binary, Passive & ASCII and no luck to upload data and stays the same.

I have none of the Microsoft Hotfixs so that's not the problem.

SEE LOG BELOW........

Can anyone lend some advice.

Thanks in advance,

Bob
