FTP Various Errors..

I've just tried downloading a folder full of subfolders and files.

SmartFTP starts fine.. Then just stops part way through the download...
Yet in the message window it looks like its completed OK !!

I also get a lot of :
501 Sorry, But I won't connect to ports < 1024

I've tried passive and active modes.. Yet I get the same error !!

Any ideas ??? Its driving me mad !
