After installing the SmartFTP onto my computer, I've tried MANY times to connect to the internet using the "Connect" toolbar icon. After the "waiting" sign has been displayed for several minutes, the "Disconnected" sign comes up everytime. I've tried to connect many times but this happens each time.
I've entered my correct "server" address and my correct login USER name so I don't think that's the problem. Can anyone give me a suggestion on what the problem could possibly be???
