Help

Hi guys, i dont know if i am posting in the right area here but im having trouble with smartftp...

1. It wont let me connect it goes into a 20second waiting thing.



2. It wont let me upload my site.

3. And in that image above ^ my site is actually uploaded to it and i carnt see the images...i think i seriouly need help

but the strange thing is everything is the same on my friends and he can upload my site to the same area..any help?
