i just downloaded smartFTP v1.5, and i am trying to figure out how to set up an ftp. i have figured out how to run smartFTP, but i don't have any clue as to how to set up an FTP. do i need to have a server, or can i just set up a domain?

You need a separate server software, SmartFTP is just a client.
