i have a zip file that i can't download because it tells me it's too large!
same happens with a jpg and with a powerpoint file. 8O
the exact error i get is: 550 File is too large to download.
i've tried to download through global que but it tells me the file or directory doesn't exist (i guess also because the file is too large)
i've tried to open the file (the ppt one ) thourgh the program but can't open it either.
please any ideas?? these files are very important for me.
