SmartFTP 988.23 Forgets about subfolders

When downloading folder and subfolders:

Example:

/folder1/sub1/file1
/folder1/sub1/file2
...etc...

SmartFTP randomly forgets about sub folders and attempts to download directly as:

/folder1/file1
/folder1/file2

cause download errors... I have cleared the cache and restart the program, but the problem persists.

P.S. Why release a application "before it's time"?

Please post logs, instructions how to reproduce, system information, etc etc ...

Without this information we cannot do much.

Please note the "randomly". I don't at this point exactly what circumstances cause this behavior.

And I have attempted to reinstall the last "stable" build which is 1.1.985 but the favorites database structure seems to be changed at every build, and now I can't even read my favorites!
