"Resume" button grayed out, v.1.5.998

I have just upgraded to v1.5.988. File Exists settings below:


When I right-click a folder, and select direct D/L, and the file exists on my PC, the window below pops up, resume button greyed out:


Even after selecting the "All" box, the button still is grayed out:


HELP! How can I "activate" the resume button?

Is your server supporting resume?

You see it in the little icon in the statusbar. Its a blue one if it support resume, its red if it doesnt.
